Hi Green Building Facts" Net Zero Energy Building Explained":

Hi Green Building Facts" Net Zero Energy Building Explained":

Hi Recognizes Environmental Sustainability Concepts revolve around a Net Zero For Energy Buildings. The Following Video will explore the issue further bringing A New Dawn For Net Zero Buildings.

A Definition summary of the Concept of a net zero Building may be defined as A zero-energy building, also known as a zero net energy (ZNE) building, net-zero energy building(NZEB), or net zero building, is a building with zero net energy consumption and zero carbon emissions annually.[1] Buildings that produce a surplus of energy over the year may be called "energy-plus buildings" and buildings that consume slightly more energy than they produce are called "near-zero energy buildings" or "ultra-low energy houses".

The Following Video provided by ASHRAE explores Achieving Net Zero Energy Buildings.

Visit ASHRAE Website for more information on the following Industry Key Regulator; Note Hi Is An Active Member with our President Mohamed Hammam participating in an active history of volunteer Activities with ASHRAE organization.
ASHRAE, founded in 1894, is a building technology society with more than 50,000 members worldwide. The Society and its members focus on building systems, energy efficiency, indoor air quality and sustainability within the industry. Through research, standards writing, publishing and continuing education, ASHRAE shapes tomorrow’s built environment today.

Hi Clean Rooms - "Air Shower"

Hi Clean Rooms:
"Check out Hammam Industries & CO. Air Shower Link"

Clean room maintained virtually free of contaminants, such as dust or bacteria, are used in laboratory work and in the production of precision parts for electronic or aerospace equipment.

In the clean room standard ISO 14644-1 "Classification of Air Cleanliness" the classes are based on the formula:

Cn = 10N (0.1 / D)2.08 (1)

where

Cn = maximum permitted number of particles per cubic meter equal to or greater than the specified particle size, rounded to whole number

N = is the ISO class number, which must be a multiple of 0.1 and be 9 or less

D = is the particle size in micrometers
